A research study of people with head and neck cancer

Head and Neck 5000 is a large study of people with head and neck cancer across the UK.

We aim to describe the factors that influence survival and the psychological impact of living with head and neck cancer.

5511 people across 76 UK centres agreed to participate in the study, making this one of the largest clinical cohort studies of people with head and neck cancer. A follow-up study is now in progress.
